    1. I liked the ending of this story. Most of Christa Wicks short ones don't have a "happy ever after ", this one does - and i liked it. What i didn't like? Virginia!I understand she was bullied for being big, so was I , but it doesn't mean she has to be soying! She is a grown woman now , not a scared teenager! Grow some balls girl !!!The other problem- Hawk McKinley,Hawk McKinley ,Hawk McKinley ,Hawk McKinley ,Hawk McKinley You get my point ? Who uses name with surname all the time? Seriously annoyi [...]

    2. I actually thought the chemistry and passion between the hero and heroine was quite good. It was well written and the feistiness and passion of the heroines could set anyones heart pitter pattering. It was a good read for sure.

    3. Most of Wick's books have this specific effect on me: Up to about half the story, I love what I'm reading. On paper, I like the overbearing, somewhat macho type of guy she likes to use, and I like the quirky female protagonist she uses as her staple. What I don't like is how halfway in the women turn into immature, whimpering idiots in almost every story, how they lose all semblance of strength and character. The only ones who retain some backbone are the ones in the non-HEA stories, as if the e [...]

    4. This is a fun book. The curvy lady has been made fun of for her curviness in high school, which makes her lack confidence in her books. She has confidence in her intelligence and skills and family, though. She meets the billionaire when his car breaks down near her home. She treats him like he's an idiot, but he doesn't seem to mind a lot. He pursues her, but she keeps shutting him down. Even when they start a relationship, she makes him keep it a secret. She is afraid what everyone says will cha [...]

    5. This is my own fault, I didn't realize this was a novella and I never like those. That said the character development made no sense.
