    1. The story progresses well until pretty much all of the tension is resolved at the halfway mark, which forces the heroine to act like a reason-defying twat in order to squeeze another hundred pages of narrative out of an already thin story. It has an ugly hero, and he'll be damned if you forget about it. I don't mind the ugly hero trope, but if he's just going to bitch about it until the very end, I'd honestly prefer to read about someone more handsome and confident. SUE ME. >:P

    2. After a miserable childhood, Griffin became a very successful businessman with a horrible reputation. His reputation precedes him to Morrow Creek, where he encounters Olivia Mouton. Olivia isn't intimidated by him at all, and soon tames the "Beast".I liked Griffin right from the start. 3. one of my favorite theme in romance novel is brooding hero and sunshine heroine but this book didn't give me any thrill while reading it. I felt hero gave reclusiveness too early . dialogues were blah too many monologuesummm I just finished the book and I dun even remember what to write about it anymore. even then I give two star for the theme.

    4. "Plumley returns with a new novel in her Morrow Creek series: a western version of Beauty and the Beast. Opposites attract in this funny, loving battle of the sexes with strong characters and lots of witty banter. Readers are in for a sizzling treat (RT Book Reviews)". 4 stars
